Position Increase - Century Communities Inc (CCS)

I will increase my position in Century Communities Inc (CCS) by 50.0%, effective as of today’s close (June 16th).

Century Communities keeps doing the basics well—building affordable homes, running a conservative balance sheet, and returning cash to shareholders. The stock, however, has sold off with the broader housing names, creating what looks like a mismatch between price and underlying progress. I’m using the current pullback to add modestly to my stake at today’s close.
